This is a great post workout supplement. It is cheaper than other protein shakes, with similar ingredients. I have noticed improved muscle development and energy levels after using it for almost 12 months. Also good if you are skipping meals, like breakfast and late meal as well as absolutely delicious.
This has a really nice vanilla flavour, I usually add a few scoops to my sons smoothies or he likes to just make a shake with it, he really likes it. Great to know he is getting all the nutrients he needs and a healthy snack.
